REFUND POLICY


RETURNS
We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase of MIAM! If you are not totally satisfied, please email us at hello@miam.co.za for a refund within 5 days of receiving your package. Simply mail the unused portion back to us for a refund on your order. 

Return claims cannot be made outside of our 5 day window from delivery.

DEFECTS (if applicable)
If there is a defect in the product/packaging, please do not consume and immediately email us at hello@miam.co.za with a description and photo of the issue. Will replace any defective products/bags, and ask you to dispose of the bags in discussion once we confirm there is an issue.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unit 1A York Industrial Park, Pearl Street, George, South Africa.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
